• Live in holy company for a full week — meditating, studying, serving, and growing together.
• Each morning begins with chanting from the Bhagavad Gita prior to meditation.
• Daily classes include essential teachings of Yoga, Vedanta, Tantra, and Sankhya.
• Afternoons include explorations and swimming/sunning along the American River.
• Afternoon Chela Dharma class for teens and young adults.
• Evening devotions at the altar, singing and chanting, meditation, and satsang.
• Concurrent Children's Retreat — Children, ages 6 - 13. Activities include "salute to the sun," morning ritual, meditation, Vedic stories and lessons, and arts and crafts.

Location: Private land in Foresthill, California near the American River
Arrival: Arrive by 6pm, Thursday evening, July 14th
Last day of retreat: Wednesday, July 20 (approximately noon, clean up follows)

Adults: $636 (full retreat), $275 (weekend, arrive Friday), $110/day
Children/Students: $300 (full retreat), $140 (weekend, arrive Friday), $55/day
